We think every student should own every book they need.
GyanHeroes started in Gujarat with one simple question: why does a Std 10 student's family spend more than ₹2,500 a year on guides that are thrown away after one exam?
What we saw
Families pay more, children carry more, and students still don't know where they're going.
₹2,500+
A full set of Std 10 digests and question-paper books. Second-hand copies still cost about 60% of the printed price.
Skipped subjects
To save money, many students buy guides only for Maths and Science and go without for the rest.
Heavy bags
The School Bag Policy 2020 says a bag should weigh no more than 10% of a child's body weight. Guides add to it from Std 9.
7 careers
A survey of 10,000+ students found 93% knew of only seven career options, though India has more than 250.
So we built one app, at one fair price, in three languages.
Written by teachers
Every digest is original and checked line by line by Gujarat Board subject teachers. Errors reported in the app are fixed within 48 hours.
